“A classic, romantic white + black wedding at the Willow Ballroom”

I have had the pleasure of planning with Maddie and her mom for over a year. They wanted a wedding in their home town, Sacramento. They reached out to us and we instantly clicked. We jumped into planning right away. Maddie bought a beautiful Kelly Faetani Gown with our sister company Grace + White Bridal. We booked great vendors and included lots of special elements.

Food and drinks were a top priority. Dinner was delicious and paired with signature craft cocktails. For dessert we had a variety of small bites , including the bride and grooms local favorite, cinnamon rolls and donuts. Later in the night pizza was served, with extra ranch. This was a big hit.

We shared Instagram and Tik Tok inspiration to create their beautiful wedding. The wedding style was editorial, traditional and timeless in black and white. We incorporated some disco balls for fun. Beautiful white flowers and white drapes softened the reception room. Tons of candlelight made the space romantic. We had a lot of fun elements at this wedding. A photo booth, after the tone and beautiful signage. The bride and groom did not only golden hour photos, but we did a flash photography session during dancing. They ended the night with a special private last dance. Congrats Maddie + Nic. We will miss planning with you!
